Matt has the look, Philip has the name and he was named after the man himself by his dad who is a life long Thin Lizzy Supporter and incidentally manages the band.

Philip has been lucky in life in so far as his talent for playing has been encouraged and it is heartening for one who first saw Philip play live aged 11 years old to see him develop into not only as a player but also a precocious performer.

Stylistically this guy has been soaked in Phil Lynott’s music his entire life and his playing simply oozes an understanding, empathy for the music and a maturity that totally belies his years.
